As you are working through the assessments write down the home usability problems you identify in the home usability program plan on page 3.

These worksheets are just guides to help you think about possible usability issues in your home. In going through these worksheets, you may find that your unique usability need isn’t in the worksheet. That’s OK.  Remember, your needs may be unique.


It may be that you have identified more than one home usability problem.

Once you have identified and recorded your primary usability problem it’s time to set a home usability goal!
